Google Forms is a free, web-based tool. You can use it to schedule appointments, gather client feedback, manage event RSVPs and much more.

These Forms are perfect for collecting feedback because they are easy to create, customizable for your business, inexpensive, simple to share, organize the collected data, and reusable for multiple clients to save you time. 

Here are the steps to create a simple Feedback Form.

1. Go to forms.google.com, click the blank form or choose a template.

2. Click Untitled form and type in your form’s name (e.g., Client Feedback Form). Add a short description if needed.

3. Type the question you want to ask (e.g., How would you rate our service?).

4. Click the dropdown menu to select the desired answer format (e.g., short answer for quick text responses).

5. Toggle Required at the bottom of the question if every client must answer. This feature is optional.

6. Click the plus (+) icon on the right-hand toolbar to add another question. Click and drag the six-dot icon next to a question to move it up or down.

7. Click the eye icon in the top right to see how your form will look to clients.

8. Review responses in Google Sheets and use them to make smart business decisions.

Feedback is essential for growth, but repeatedly asking for it can feel uncomfortable, and keeping track of responses often gets overlooked.

Instead of chasing emails, send a Google Form link after every project and watch the feedback come in. Don’t forget to adjust your business operations based on the feedback received. This step is vital for your business growth.

Bonus Tip:
